KnowledgeTree™ is a commercial open source document management system - a

Challenge: |
In order to run KnowledgeTree, users must have
installed in their system specific versions of Apache, PHP, MySQL and a
number of other third-party applications and libraries. Jam Warehouse could
spend time and resources building packages of all of those disparate pieces
for Windows and several different Linux distributions, or ask the end user
to download, install and configure their own LAMP stack. Putting the burden
on end-users might discourage people from evaluating the software,
especially those running on Windows or without much Linux experience.
